    Aim of this session

    To encourage post-graduates and young faculty to present research papers and is meant for the non-award papers only.

    Guidelines for Submission

    1. The presenting author must be a member of IAPM. If the author is a non-member and wishes to present the paper, then he/she should apply for IAPM membership in advance and at the earliest.
    2. Only registered delegates can send the abstracts.
    3. Each member can present only one paper (either paper or poster, and not both).
    4. All the abstracts are to be uploaded using online registration at the conference website. It is mandatory that the delegate be an IAPM member during the process of uploading. There is no need to send hard copies by post or by CDs. The cut-off date will be 30th September
      The last date of abstract submission is 30th September 2026. No abstracts will be accepted after this deadline.
    5. The First Page of the abstract should contain the following details: Name of the Presenting Author (underlined) and co-authors (if any), IAPM Number of the presenting author, Address for correspondence, Delegate registration number (if already available), Mobile number, Email, and the appropriate sub-specialty.
    6. The delegates may choose a sub-specialty from the Abstract Categories listed on this page.
    7. The Second Page of the abstract should include: the Title, Presenting Author (underlined) and co-authors (if any) and Institutional Affiliations. The abstract is restricted to a maximum of 250 words, using Times New Roman size 12 font. It should include Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Key words. Please check for grammar and spelling mistakes.
    8. The number of cases/patients for a free paper should be more than ten; otherwise, it will be relegated to the poster category, unless the cases are unusual or rare.
    9. All abstracts are peer-reviewed, and the IAPM reserves the right to assign it as oral or poster presentation. The abstract therefore should not be casually written, and due care should be taken to ensure its contents. No correspondence regarding a change in the presentation shall be entertained and all members are requested not to contact the Conference Secretariat or the Honorary Secretary in the matter.
    10. Accepted abstracts will be listed on the conference website by 31st October.
    11. Abstracts may be withdrawn by a written communication via email to the Secretary by 15th October.
    12. Time Allocation: There will be a total of 7 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion. All participants must finish in the time allotted.
